step_01

problem

The website had mobile performance issues, especially on product pages. Layout elements were shifting, images were heavy, some JS/CSS slowed down rendering, and aggressive cache settings could break product gallery, cart, checkout and wishlist behavior across different languages. The site was also limited by hosting resources, which sometimes caused high TTFB and 503 errors.

step_02

solution

I audited the website, configured WP Rocket / Perfmatters, fixed major CLS issues, added important scripts to exclusions so the gallery, cart, checkout and wishlist would keep working. I separately tested Ukrainian, Russian and English versions, fixed wishlist/cart cache issues, optimized more than 1000 images through Imagify, adjusted loading priorities and tested OpenLiteSpeed + LiteSpeed Cache. I also helped identify hosting bottlenecks, high TTFB, 503 errors and gave recommendations about server resources.

step_03

my_role

Performance audit, cache setup, image optimization, CLS fixes, WooCommerce/WPML debugging, JS conflict checks, stabilization of product gallery, cart, checkout and wishlist pages.
