I moved complex logic into separate WordPress plugins, connected WooCommerce payments with content access, added protected video hosting, built vacancies, candidate profiles, moderation, subscriptions and editable admin settings.

Built a recruitment system with vacancies, candidate profiles, moderation, responses, negotiated pricing, editing and freshness checks.

Added paid job subscriptions with matching email alerts and renewal reminders.

Improved form delivery with SMTP, backup storage and protection against duplicate submissions.

Improved mobile performance from roughly 49 to 90+ and reduced main content loading from about 9 seconds to around 2.5 seconds.
